Samsung D600

hi recently my LG crystal froze and wiped all the contacts on it and will not let me save new ones. so i have resorted to using my old samsung d600 in the mean time until i get a new phone, 2 months til the contract ends.
anyways i was wondering if someone could give me the settings to send/receive MMS messages on the O2 network for the D600, thanks, i may also need the GPRS settings but im not sure, ur the experts . currently there is a Red square icon with an E in it on the phone. if thats any help. thanks
