With the battery plugged in and the AC adapter connected, the battery is at 100%. But does the battery continue to get charged continuously even though its at 100%?

The battery will charge to 100% and stop. After that if you unplug it, it will start charging again if the battery is lower than 95%.

Is there way to set the battery charge thresholds using one of the (many) pre-installed Asus utilities?
Thanks.
Thanks.

No, charging parameters are not user-revisable under any platforms.

And all batteries got built in sensors to monitor charge status 24/7 til the battery lives.
Reason they got more then 2 pin inside to connect, serial communication.
As far as I know no software way to change anything.
